Diamond Slideshow (with guest appearances by Flash, her brother)

What’s in a name – Having the great fortune to live with two wonderful Grand Champions (Zeus and Prada) and bringing them together for a litter of spectacular pups, the theme of the litter had to be stellar as well – so we chose a Diamond theme. For our special girl, we chose the Millennium Star which is the world’s second largest known top-color (D) and is internally and externally flawless. We hope she lives up to her namesake and makes her parents proud. And that’s how Misty Mountain Millennium Star – Diamond – was born.

Life with Diamond

Diamond is our favorite dog. Diamond and her siblings were an amazing litter – they were very quiet, calm and “polite” (especially at the dinner bowl!) which we attribute to their mom, Prada, who has a wonderful temperament. Diamond has a “take charge” attitude, always wanting to be the first at everything. She loves the water and loves to retrieve – much like her dad, Zeus. Diamond has nice structure, good topline, and a wonderful coat – much like BOTH of her parents. We are fortunate that her brother, Flash, will be growing up with her before he lives the dream life in Hawaii. They are true buddies and are learning a lot from each other. High hopes for Diamond and her siblings.

  You would have to give Prada and Zeus the credit for this wonderful litter. I hope you’re referring to Flash’s cute behind or we may have to censor your comment. We are really liking how they are turning out.

Diamond is a very pretty little girl. Almost makes me want to go “Black”!

  Thanks, she reminds us a lot of Prada not only in her looks but also in her personality and mannerisms. We would be so lucky to have another Prada!

Great picturs in the slideshow. Do you guys hire a professional photographer to take the pics?

  A lot of them were taken with a simple point and shoot camera; the really nice ones were taken with Toni’s digital SLR. Just ask him and he’ll tell you more about it.
